SPECULUM is a performance by Carmen Lafran about non-fair(y)-tales, claiming to tell about "wo-men" but being nothing else that the mirror of patriarchal fantasies. A speculum is a mirror indeed and a gynecological tool, used to inspect a vagina. This performance is also a way to inspect and question truths that need to be reclaimed, not with a mirror but being the mirror oneself.
