Claudia Venturini, born in 1998 in Milan, is an Italian photographer and art director currently living in Berlin. Growing up in a creative environment, she developed a strong interest in the world of image and visual communication from an early age.
After graduating in Communication Design at the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Milan, with a specialization in Art Direction, she worked for a year as Junior Art Director in a communication agency. After moving to Berlin, she broadened her skills with a course in analog photography and an MA in Photography at the University of Europe for Applied Science. In 2025 she created Exciting Insomnia Photography, and started her photographic business.
Claudia has worked with music festivals, such as the ‘Future East Festival’ in Berlin, and fashion shows, such as the ‘Vision Prague Fashion Show 2024’. Recently, she exhibited her photo series ‘Chaos&Insomnia’ at The Code Berlin, an iconic venue for the underground fetish scene. Among the awards she has received are the first prize for Unconventional Adv and the third prize for Digital Advertising in 2019, as well as a merit mention at the Young Ones Student Awards in 2020.
Through an approach influenced by feminism, magical surrealism, and interest in dystopian themes, her work explores the complexities of modern society, combining intense colors with a melancholic and disturbing vein. Her photography stands out for its ability to tell authentic stories, capturing the uniqueness and energy of those she portrays.
Every encounter becomes a source of inspiration for her: the unique characters and magnetic energy of the people she meets enrich her journey and feed her creative process, allowing her to tell authentic stories through the lens.
